Anna's Banana Shake

1 cup milk
1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt or cottage cheese(whatever you have)
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
place all ingredients in a blender, cover(I forget this part sometimes). blend for about 45 seconds( maybe 50 seconds if you like to live on the edge) or until creamy and smooth.

this recipe calls for skim-milk but I don't believe in that stuff
this is good for when you have that one ripe banana left, not enough to make banana bread and even if you did you wouldn't cause "you don't make banana bread like your sister" a fact your Grandmother points out everytime you make her banana bread...... I know get over it.
